Beacon Hill Brownie Girl Scouts Brave the Cold for Cookie Success!

  • February 4, 2013

Girl Scout Brownies from Troop #65321 in Beacon Hill braved the cold last weekend for its cookie booth sale in the neighborhood!  Charles Street Supply & Hardware generously hosted the sale in front of the store.  The Brownie Troop is made up fifteen 2nd and 3rd grade girls from Beacon Hill, representing 7 different schools.  The Troop will host their final booth sale this coming Saturday, February 9th from 2-5pm in front of the Charles Street Hardware (or until cookies sell out).  Proceeds from the sale help support troop outings, camping and community service events.   Neighbors who buy 5 or more boxes are treated to a special "Brownie Smile Song" sung by the Troop.  Girls pictured from Saturdays sale:  Holly Sullivan, Maggie Gohlmann, Francesca Baker, Mackenzie Brown, Claire Kenney and Allison Vilms.
