This week we asked readers to vote for their favorite grocery or convenience store. By 9 a.m. today, 22 votes were cast and half of them were for Charles Street Market, making it the winner in this week's contest. The runner-up, Whole Foods, which won our Best Sandwich on the Hill contest several weeks ago, got four votes.

The market, formerly a 7-Eleven, was expanded in December 2011 to include more gourmet items. It also features a popular deli.

In next week's poll, we'll ask about the best place to celebrate graduation. Voting starts at 9 a.m. Monday.
