Green Line Crash Shuts Down Boylston Station, 20 Checked for Injuries

The T has confirmed an accident has forced the station to close. No official word on injuries.

 

The Boylston Green Line station is closed after an accident there late this morning, according to the MBTA web site

"Customers desiring downtown service should utilize Haymarket, Downtown Crossing, Back Bay, and North Station to make downtown connections," wrote the T in its service alert.

Boston EMS report their staff has evaluated at least 20 people in the aftermath of the accident. Boylston Street westbound is closed to traffic, according to the city's official Twitter account.
