I'm guessing (correctly?) that your question may be a bit rhetorical, but I thought I'd answer it anyways. I watched the whole parade, and I didn't see him or any contingent of supports. Elizabeth Warren's supporters had a huge contingent, but if she was there, (which I don't think she was) I couldn't find her in the crowd.

Elizabeth Warren was in the parade. I saw her interacting with many spectators as the parade turned the corner from Clarendon onto Tremont.
