This is Macy, she is our 3 1/2 year old beagle. She is dressed up as her favorite animal, a squirrel. She loves to chase them around the Fens during her walks!

All I can say is, it's a good thing I didn't have to choose a winner of the Patch Pet Halloween Costume Contest, because they were all so darn cute.
But you readers *did* pick a clear winner: Macy the squirrel dog was the favorite of our 10 finalists, entered by Lindsey Dick.
While Macy had far-and-away the most Patch reader votes, other contestants also drew votes from fans. In particular, Pacino the devil cat Olivia the pirate also brought out the voters.
