Will Gilson and Richmond Edes, of Beacon Hill Bistro, joined other area chefs Sunday to help promote the use of sustainable food. Edes and Gilson, along with chefs from 62 Restaurant & Wine Bar, Harvest, Area Four/Lumiere, and Catalyst, took part in Grilling on the Green at 500 Technology Square in Cambridge. Grilling on the Green is a "non-profit organization committed to building a national network of chefs changing the sustainable food landscape," according to a press release.
