The Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro Welcomes Marathon Runners for Pre-Boston Marathon Pasta Dinner!


(Boston, MA) – Boston Marathon athletes and fans will have a high-end choice this year when it comes to their pre-marathon carbo-load dinner on Sunday, April 15th, 2012. The Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro (BHHB) will be offering runners a relaxing, healthy and gourmet selection of carbo-laden specials prepared especially for their pre-marathon needs! This year the BHHB welcomes both runners and spectators to the Bistro to try one of its pasta specials in either appetizer or entrée portions including:

Tagliatelle a la Bolognese with house made ragu with parmesan
Appetizer Portion: $14.00, Entrée Portion $24.00

Pappardelle with braised chicken, Brussels sprouts, bacon and black pepper ricotta
Appetizer Portion: $14.00, Entrée Portion $24.00

Butternut Squash Ravioli with brown butter, sage and pistachio
Appetizer Portion: $14.00, Entrée Portion $24.00

The above specials will be served in conjunction with the Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro’s regular dinner menu. Hours for dinner service on Sunday, April 15th, 2012 are 5:30PM – 10:00PM. Reservations are recommended by calling 617-723-7575.

The Bistro serves breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, including toast with cider-braised apples; sandwiches with butternut squash, farmer's cheese and pistachio aioli; and salad with almond vinaigrette and fresh, seasonal fruit. The dinner menu has a French feel, featuring duck leg confit and steak frites. The interior is styled as a modern bistro, with dark wood panelling and a fireplace bar.
