BNN TV Youth Design Contest

Be Part of BNN TV’s History - Call to Youth Ages 12-17 - Design our 30th Anniversary Commemorative Button

BNN is producing a special commemorative button to celebrate 30 years of providing media access to the Boston Community. We invite Boston youth ages 12-17 to enter a design to be used on the button. The winning entry will receive a $250.00 Visa gift card. The commemorative button will be available for a modest donation that will used to help fund increased youth media programs. Increasing our youth media programming is a major focus for BNN this year. The button will also be a ticket to the BNN 30th Anniversary Party that will take place in August 2014. To enter a design, email jwilliams@bnntv.org for an application or call 617-708-3224. Deadline to enter is May 30, 2014.

Boston Neighborhood Network's Youth Media Initiatives provide a safe and supportive setting to educate youth under the age of 21 years in media arts and emerging technologies for use in self-expression, communication and social change. Through strategic partnerships, community grants and individual supporters, young people from all walks of life have an opportunity to share their ideas as well as raise visibility around the value of youth voices and perspectives using BNN’s media resources.
