RCN Boston Launches Mobile App for iOs and Android Devices

RCN Boston announces that it has unveiled a new mobile app that allows customers to access their account anytime, any place. Through the app, customers can update contact information, manage passwords and security questions, pay bills, set up auto payment, view current and past statements or view RCN phone call history.  Perhaps the most impressive aspect of the app is the feature allowing users to check voicemail for their home phone, while they are away from home.

“We are focused on giving our customers in the greater Boston region new services that help them simplify and enhance their experience with RCN,” said Jeff Carlson, Vice President and General Manager, RCN Boston.  “The new app allows customers to manage all aspects of their account while on the go.”

The convenience of the MyRCN app makes it a must-have for RCN customers – giving them the freedom to access and manage their account anywhere, anytime.
