St. Patrick’s Celebration at Faneuil Hall Marketplace
Faneuil Hall Marketplace hosts St. Paddy’s Day Festival on March 15th
What: Faneuil Hall Marketplace will be presenting a St. Patrick’s Day celebration on Saturday, March 15th from 11am to 1pm in the Upper Rotunda at Quincy Market.

The celebration will feature performances by two of the best Irish step dancing groups in the region, the O’Shea Chaplin Academy of Irish Dance and the O’Dwyer School of Irish Dancing. Rooted in Irish tradition, the O’Shea Chaplin Academy was established in Ireland in 1954 and came to the Boston area in the 1960s. The Academy teaches traditional and contemporary Irish dance. The group has performed at the State House, Boston’s First Night and for the President of Ireland. The O’Dwyer School of Irish Dancing is a premier Irish dancing school in Hyde Park that celebrates culture and tradition “one step at a time.”
