Restaurant Roundup: Thanksgiving on Beacon Hill
For those who would rather relax outside of the kitchen tomorrow, there are several options for a holiday feast in a neighborhood restaurant.
The following are taken from press releases and restaurant websites:
In a throw-back homage to Boston’s great chefs (and her best friends), Lydia is bringing back a menu they collectively created for a Food & Wine Thanksgiving cover feature back in November 1997. Lydia will showcase Susan Regis’, Chris Schlesinger’s, Todd English’s, Gordon Hamersley’s, Jasper White’s and Jody Adams’ feast-worthy creations on a special tasting menu from 12-7 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day at Scampo, while rounding out the table with her own Roast Heritage Turkey w/ Muscat Gravy and Anadama Bread & Fig Stuffing w/ Celery and Sausage Crackling.
