"Tough Love" Bootcamp at Boston Sports Club

In honor of Valentine's day, Boston Sports Club (BSC) is spicing up group fitness training with a new "Tough Love" bootcamp, designed to heighten your senses and get your heart racing - in more ways than one. Taught by Master Trainer Bron throughout the month of February, this no-holds-barred "Tough Love: Bars, Bands & Blindfolds Bootcamp" will build your stamina, strengthen your core, and set your muscles on fire with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), partner relays, blindfolded plyometrics, and moves with bands and blindfolds (a la 50 Shades of Grey) that will turn up the heat. Blindfolds are integrated to challenge your body the same way that BOSU and stability balls do. When taking away one of your senses, your other senses and muscles have to take over. Bring a friend, boyfriend/girlfriend, or come single & ready to mingle, this class will certainly help you bring your A-game to the boudoir.

Tough Love: Bars, Bands & Blindfolds Bootcamp (FEBRUARY ONLY)

Tough Love: Bars, Bands & Blindfolds Bootcamp is a FREE class for both members and non-members and will be offered Thursdays at 12:15pm (starting on 2/7), throughout the month of February at BSC's Government Center location. Each Tough Love class is broken down into four sexy chapters, designed to build stamina, strengthen your core, heighten your senses and get your heart racing:

I. Trust Relay: Working with a partner, these circuits are designed to get your heart rate up, and get your competitive edge going.

II. Balance & Blindfolds:  Blindfolded plyometrics play with your senses, strengthen your core and make your muscles work overtime.

III. Strength & Core: Build strength and stamina that lasts all night long with high-intensity interval exercises that build core muscles and get your heart rate pumping.

IX. Bands & Bondage: This last chapter really pushes the boundaries and requires you to be bound around the ankles with a resistance band.
