Frighteningly loud trash trucks

Have you been waking up anywhere between the hours of 1 AM and 6 AM at the sound of trash trucks? So much for the beacon hill life! The city allows commercial trash to be picked up during off-peak hours BUT doesnt allow the noise to be higher than 50 decibels. Now, what is a resident to do when the city is against the sanity of its own residents?
