An unabashedly unpretentious neighborhood dive bar, Beacon Hill Pub is known for its cheap drinks and loyal local clientele. During the day, the pub is a low-key place locals and workers drop in for a beer, and at night it is a favorite place of Suffolk and MIT students and young working professionals. The pub has 11 beers on tap, a white and red wine available by the glass, a jukebox, dartboards, a vending machine (the pub does not serve prepared foods), TVs, arcade machines and a foosball table. The bar is cash-only, but there is an ATM inside.
