Clink Restaurant is located within the Liberty Hotel, a former prison that has been converted into a modern, luxury hotel. Clink's interior is intentionally constructed to retain some original features of the prison, including the setting of tables inside that are the remnants of the original jail cells, with cell bars included, giving diners a unique experience: modern American cuisine prepared with organic, local ingredients surrounded by the vestiges of a jail first constructed in 1851.
