I rented my first Beacon Hill apartment thru Presidential Properties this past June 2012. The process was very easy and well organized. I responded to a craigslist ad, a rental broker (Kristie) responded to my email with in 20min! and asked for my search criteria. I was scheduled in the very next day with her rental agent Matthew to see the unit I responded to along with 6 others that were similar. The Beacon Hill rental market it very competitive and quick so I ended up choosing one that day. I applied and was accepted the following day. Kristie emailed me lease instructions and by the end of a total 48hrs I had my apartment! Although it was a quick process all my questions were answered and I felt great about it.

My unit just happens to be managed by PPM – Presidential Properties Management. When looking at properties with Matthew I saw units managed by several other management companies or just by the owners themselves so I was happy to have chosen a unit managed affiliated with the real estate company I used to rent it. Robert is my main point of contact and he has been wonderful. Beacon Hill has many older buildings and with this comes some disadvantages compared to renting a brand new unit. Robert has already helped me with a broken window, heat issue, and helped me when I locked myself out. I am very pleased with the customer service all around and recommend them!
