Police Log: Car Fire in the Boston Common Garage

Wednesday, Dec. 1 At 11:15 a.m. police responded to Parkman St. for a report of possession of class B drugs with the intent to distribute them. At 11:38 a.m. police responded to Charles St. for a report of larceny over $200. Thursday, Dec. 2 At 10:36 a.m. police arrested Richard Shiner, of 39 Boylston St., at 39 Boylston St. and charged him with larceny over $200 in a building, failure to register as a sex offender and two counts of breaking and entering into a non-residence at night by force. At 5:55 p.m. police responded to Charles St. for a report of a car fire on the lower level of the Boston Common Garage.
