'Garlands and Greens' Holiday Gathering on Beacon Hill This Wednesday
The annual fundraiser helps make the holiday decoration of the Hill possible.
The following was sent out by the Beacon Hill Civic Association: Come join the magic at the kick off to the Holiday Season when Tom Kershaw hosts Garlands and Green: A Holiday Gathering, Wednesday, November 14. The Beacon Hill Civic Association’s popular holiday party that helps raise the nearly $12,000 needed to magically transform the 1,100 lamp posts with 2,860 yards of laurel garlands and 2,400 red bows is something not to be missed. Ring in the holiday season at the Hampshire House, 84 Beacon Street from 6 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $30 per adult or $35 at the door, and includes hors d’oeuvres and two glasses of beer, wine, or a holiday martini.
