Protestors Make Brief Appearance in Louisburg Square
Occupy Boston demonstrators peacefully assemble on Beacon Hill.
A group of about 30 people assembled at Louisburg Square, at Pinckney Street, Saturday afternoon to call for "the creation of jobs, reforming the tax system, social security benefits and the end of the war," according to police reports. The protest was orderly, police said, and lasted about 45 minutes before dispersing without incident around 4:50 p.m. Sen. John Kerry lives at the corner of Louisburg Square and Pinckney Street.
