ReplyThanks for calling it the Seaport District. No one is ever going to say, "I live in the Innovation District."
The risk is that the Seaport becomes a mix between the Financial District and a tourist trap. Only when people feel comfortable LIVING there will it succeed, and preferably not with everyone living in generic glass condo towers. A neighborhood needs schools, community centers, supermarkets, playgrounds, ball fields, pharmacies, etc.
