Police: Woman Arrested After Throwing Coffee Cup in Dunkin' Donuts on Beacon Hill

Police reports from Beacon Hill, Dec. 7 to 9.

A woman who reportedly causes every disturbance at Dunkin' Donuts regularly was arrested Saturday morning. 

According to police reports, Sophia Knight of 39 Bowdoin St. was arrested around 8:35 a.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct after allegedly throwing a coffee cup at another woman in the Dunkin' Donuts at 106 Cambridge St. A witness reported that Knight has been showing up at the store every morning for the past week and causing a disturbance.

  • At 1 a.m. police responded to 215 Charles St. for a report of larceny in a building, $200 or more. According to police reports, a woman said her purse was stolen as she was having dinner. 
  • At 1:05 p.m. police responded to 80 Beacon St. for a report of larceny from a vehicle, $200 or more.
  • At 3 p.m. police responded to 8 Ashburton Place for a report of larceny in a building, $200 or more.
