Wallace Charged in Hospital Shooting, Expected to Survive

Raymond Wallace, the North Billerica man accused of shooting a deputy with his own gun at Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary, faces charges in the Wednesday incident.

Wallace is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a public employee, and escape, according to a Boston Municipal Court complaint.

No Plan Approved Yet for Chestnut Street House

Even after receiving a violation notice from the City of Boston to "immediately demolish" in March," the Beacon Hill Architectural Commission has not yet approved a plan for the 124 Chestnut St. building. 

Boston FBI Rescues 3 Kids from Prostitution

The FBI and several other agencies have completed a three-day underage prostitution sting, rescuing 105 juveniles from the sex trade. Three of the kids were rescued by the Boston FBI, though it remains unclear where in the Boston office's four-state jurisdiction the rescues occurred.
